26 APR 2008 Peach Tree Explosion! |
Apple Forest: the sprouts are tentatively confirmed as apple trees via
the all-knowing oracle, Google. (Note for the reader: Toddy doesn't
recall precisely what type of apples were seeded, but does recall that
the apples tasted DELICIOUS and were quite possibly YELLOW.)
|
Cherry Forest: The soil is turned to confirm
that the scrumptious cherries sampled many moons ago have provided
pitiful pits. Not a one seems to have cracked at all. All hope is
not yet lost, however, and the pits are reinterred. |
Peach Forest: The third peach pit of three has sprouted. Apparently,
peach trees really do grow well in Atlanta, as Peachy One and Peachy
Two have massive trunks already, and Peachy Three is expected to join
the skyclimb henceforth. Excess molecular oxygen is detected in the
back yard.
Sycamore Forest #1: Sycadee, Sycadum, and friends are being outpaced
by the Apples and Peaches, but one should always be careful when
comparing Apples to Sycamores (or Peaches, for that matter).
Sycamore Forest #2: Crazy but true, a second Sycamore Forest rises!
No fewer than ten proto-giants can be seen.
