3:26pm President Dave arrives at his office with hot, delicious pizza

3:29pm Sodas are distributed in the meeting room

3:30pm Pizza eating begins! No minutes were taken during pizza consumption

3:47pm Secretary Kevin finishes his 2 slices

3:48pm Possible speakers for the spring semester are discussed, including Phil Plait of badastronomy.com

3:49pm Secretary Kevin gives the telescope report. A book has been acquired to provide instruction in mirror grinding. Supplies will be ordered shortly.

3:55pm President Dave's leaves to get treats for everyone

3:56pm VP Ginny takes over in President Dave's absence

3:57pm Upcoming events are discussed, including night time observing

3:58pm President Dave returns with delicious Chanukah cookies

3:59pm Joe is the only one who wants night time observing this month

4:00pm Night time observing is officially canceled for this month

4:01pm By a 5-3 vote, solar observing will be held in Woodruff Park again

4:03pm Discussion of talk at Bradley Observatory by astronomer from CfA

4:05pm Discussion of movie review, and showing of CNN footage

4:08pm Continued movie discussion, including Muppets in Outer Space

4:12pm 8 people vote for `Explorers,' 6 vote for `Mission to Mars'

4:14pm A time is chosen for the movie showing

4:15pm Erika arrives!!!

4:16pm The movie will be Friday Dec. 13 at 4pm, with the lecture after at 8pm. The club will unofficially meet for drinks at Ginny's apartment afterward.

4:17pm Erika votes for `Explorers'. John explains that he and Alvin are having a party at their house, so the club will meet there instead after the talk. BYO Gun.

4:19pm Erika discusses an invitation to talk at a middle school next Thursday at 4pm

4:21pm Angela and Ginny volunteer to give the talk
